the room was clean EVERYDAY, and amenities were restocked. the hotel is above a shopping center. FamilyMart is on the first floor. this is a HUGE plus for late-night snacks. lots of restaurants and shops exist within the complex.

staff seemed rude and unaccommodating. some couches were stained. they were also in rough shape.

staff was helpful, pointing me to the nearest post office. reception also helped with getting a taxi to the airport early. i appreciate the assistance given for travel arrangements. the service was very helpful and quick.

location is near two metro stations. it is beside a shopping center. a short walk gets you to different stores. this made things very easy for exploring the city and finding whatever i needed.

the location was acceptable with many things to do around the hotel. a family mart downstairs provided convenience.

staff demeanor at check-in was not acceptable. i requested a room upgrade which i was willing to pay for, it was promptly denied. the employee suggested i contact my travel agent, this was unhelpful. it felt as if i was refused service.

i appreciated the direct access to sunshine city mall. the hotel's connection to a family mart offered convenient access to food and necessities at any hour. my room on a higher floor provided a lovely view and plenty of sunlight each day.

the air conditioning was not adjustable. i could only change the airflow, not the temperature, made regulating the room temperature difficult.

This made grabbing essentials quick. airport limousine bus services stopped right outside, which simplified airport transfers. several elevators served guest floors, helping manage traffic, though some delays occurred during busy times.

Fantastic Hotel Connected to Everything!

The location is AMAZING , especially because it connects directly to Sunshine Mall! This made shopping and dining super easy. There is also a Family Mart convenience store right downstairs. The airport limousine bus even stops right out front , a major plus!

The air conditioning only had low, medium, and high settings , so I couldn't set a specific temperature. It got a little too warm for my taste , even on the lowest setting.
